3. Select based on the chilled water temperature

The temperature of the frozen water is generally subject to the shape of the processed materials and products and has a great change, such as thin-walled products with special materials, the mold requires the temperature of the frozen water to be below 0℃; In most other cases, the temperature of the frozen water required by the mold is above 5 ° C, our industrial cold water machine provides cold water above 5 ° C, and there are customized low temperature chiller to meet the requirements of below 5 ° C and below 0 ° C.

The temperature difference of chilled water at the import and export of plastic molds is often set according to the requirements of the product, in many cases, the temperature difference is the most ideal when the temperature difference is 3-5 ° C, but sometimes the temperature difference is also required at 1-2 ° C. The smaller the temperature difference, it means that the same heat is taken out, the greater the flow of cold water is needed, and the smaller the flow is needed, we can choose the right chiller according to the temperature and efficiency of their needs.


4. Insulation of chilled water pipes

Cold water pipes must be insulated, especially in the hot season to do a good job of insulation measures, because pipe insulation can not only prevent the serious loss of cold capacity, but also prevent the formation of dew on the outer wall of the pipe, so as to improve refrigeration efficiency and reduce customer losses.
