The laser chiller is mainly used to cool the laser generator of the laser equipment through the water cycle. It can control the use temperature of the laser generator, so that the laser generator can work normally for a long time. This way, it is helpful to ensure productivity and improve production efficiency.
During the long-term operation of the laser equipment, the laser generator will continue to produce high temperature, and the high temperature will affect the normal operation of the laser generator. In Summer: Adjust the working environment of the chiller to keep the optimal ambient temperature between 20℃ and 30℃.
Regularly clean the dust on the surface of the laser chiller filter and condenser with an air gun.The air outlet of the laser chiller (fan) and the debris in the factory should be kept at a distance of more than 1.5 meters. The air inlet and the debris should be kept at a distance of more than 1 meter. Such a distance is conducive for heat dissipation and better maintenance of the machine temperature.
Clean the filter regularly, as it is where the dirt and impurities accumulate the most. Replace it when it is too dirty to ensure stable water flow of the laser chiller. Replace the cooling water every 3 months, clean the impurities or residues in the pipeline, keep the water circulation system smooth, and adjust the set water temperature according to the environmental temperature and laser operation requirements.
In Winter: Please put the laser chiller in a ventilated place and remove dust regularly. Replace the circulating water every 3 months to keep the water flowing properly. If not used in winter, please drain the water in the equipment and store it properly. Cover the laser chiller with a clean plastic bag to prevent dust and moisture from entering the device. When the ambient temperature is below 0℃, antifreeze needs to be added to prevent the chiller from freezing and affecting the subsequent production work.
First of all, according to the size and number of laser equipment to determine the power size and number of laser chiller. If you need to cool numbers of laser equipment, but the power is small, you may want to buy a number of laser chiller with small power capacity to connect each laser equipment individually. However, if the power of the laser equipment is large, you can choose the chiller which has large power capacity. It has widely choice based on what you need.
